This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and supportive assistance while surpassing guest expectations.
• Suggest additional services and products customized to meet guests’ requirements.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns while ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest interactions, preferences, and sales opportunities utilizing CRM tools.
• Foster trust and loyalty with returning guests and key partners through personalized engagement.
• Work collaboratively with the team to reach objectives and enhance service quality.
• A genuine enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service.
• Proficiency in consultative upselling while enriching the guest experience.
• Capability to swiftly and effectively address guest issues.
• Strong teamwork abilities and dedication to common objectives.
• Capacity to work entirely remotely within the contact center.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to work overtime as necessary during busy periods.
• Ability to secure TICO Certification within the first 60 days of employment.
• Readiness to commence training on October 7, 2026, if selected.
