This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and helpful assistance while surpassing guest expectations.
• Suggest additional services and products customized to meet guests’ needs.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest interactions, preferences, and sales opportunities through CRM tools.
• Foster trust and loyalty with returning guests and key partners through personalized engagement.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet objectives and enhance service quality.
• A genuine enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service.
• Proficiency in consultative selling and upselling to enrich the guest experience.
• Capability to swiftly and effectively resolve guest issues.
• Strong teamwork skills and dedication to shared objectives.
• Ability to work fully remotely in the contact center.
• Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to work overtime as required during peak periods.
• Capacity to obtain TICO Certification within the first 60 days of employment.
• Ability to commence training on October 7, 2026, if selected for the position.
