This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and supportive assistance while surpassing guest expectations.
• Suggest additional services and products customized to meet guests’ requirements.
• Address inquiries and concerns while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest interactions, preferences, and sales opportunities utilizing CRM tools.
• Foster trust and loyalty among repeat guests and key partners through personalized engagement.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve objectives and enhance service quality.
• A genuine enthusiasm for providing outstanding service.
• Proficiency in consultative selling and upselling to enrich the guest experience.
• Capability to swiftly and effectively address guest issues.
• Strong teamwork abilities and a dedication to reaching collective goals.
• Must be able to work fully remote within the contact center environment.
• Willingness to adhere to a rotating shift schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability for overtime when necessary during peak times.
• Ability to obtain TICO Certification within the first 60 days of employment.
• Must be prepared to commence training in October or November 2026 if selected.
