This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and supportive assistance while surpassing guest expectations.
• Suggest additional services and products that cater to guests’ needs.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues while ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest interactions, preferences, and sales opportunities utilizing CRM tools.
• Foster trust and loyalty with returning guests and key partners through personalized engagement.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet objectives and continually enhance service quality.
• A genuine enthusiasm for providing exceptional service.
• Proficiency in upselling while enriching the overall guest experience.
• Capability to swiftly and effectively address guest concerns.
• Strong teamwork abilities and a dedication to achieving communal goals.
• Availability to work fully remote within the contact center.
• Willingness to adhere to a rotating shift schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Flexibility to work overtime when required during peak times.
• Capacity to secure TICO Certification within the initial 60 days of employment.
• Availability to commence training in October or November 2026 if selected.
