This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Managing member inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Responding to customer calls and emails promptly and in a professional manner.

• Serving as the primary contact for video banking communications.

• Offering precise and efficient support to members in resolving their inquiries, issues, or complaints.

• Diagnosing technical problems and providing guidance on product or service features.

• Recording detailed information about customer interactions in our database.

• Suggesting products and educating members to assist them in achieving their financial objectives.

• Upholding professionalism, empathy, and a member-focused approach during interactions with members.

• Working collaboratively with other Remote Service Professionals to enhance member service.

• Assisting in training new employees and informing them about the company’s policies.

• Prioritizing fraud prevention, security, and accuracy in all tasks.

• Complying with company policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure consistent service delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Experience in a Financial Institution (Preferred).

• Sales experience (Preferred).
