Consumer Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Offer telephone support for clients in the e-commerce and insurance sectors.

• Assess customer requirements and propose optimal or alternative product options.

• Inform potential clients about insurance alternatives, supply quotes, and finalize sales.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services, including updates on new offerings and policy modifications.

• Accurately input customer information and refresh existing policies.

• Address customer inquiries with empathy, guiding them towards commitment.

• Utilize AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools effectively while adhering to data governance, security, and ethical-use standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of six (6) to twelve (12) months of experience in a customer service or sales role.

• Post-secondary education is strongly preferred.

• Holding an Accident and Sickness license is a plus but not mandatory.

• TICO certification is required or a willingness to obtain it.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Excellent customer service abilities.

• A strong commitment to customer focus and satisfaction.

• Fluency in French is preferred but not essential.

• Applicants must be residents of Canada; those living in Quebec will not be considered.
