Consultor/a SuccessFactors, Compensation y Variable Pay

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Participate in the implementation, configuration, and evolution of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.

• Lead requirement workshops, functional analysis, and solution design sessions.

• Configure salary review plans, bonuses, and variable incentives.

• Define eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and approval processes.

• Set up and integrate the solution with Employee Central and Performance & Goals.

• Conduct functional testing, provide user support, and assist in the rollout.

• Create functional documentation and training materials.

• Engage in workshops with clients and gather requirements.

• Analyze new functionalities of SuccessFactors and suggest continuous improvements.

• Lead client implementations as an expert consultant within the team.

• Mentor and develop junior consultants at Inetum.

⛳️ Requirements

• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay projects.

• Involvement in at least 2 end-to-end implementation projects for Compensation and/or Variable Pay.

• Knowledge of integration with Employee Central and Performance & Goals.

• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation or Variable Pay certification (preferred).

• Familiarity with the implementation of the Performance & Goals module.

• Understanding of SAP Activate methodology and functional testing management.

• Strong analytical skills, customer orientation, and communication abilities.

• Proficient level of English to participate in international projects and meetings.

• Knowledge of People Analytics and Reporting (desirable).

• Participation in end-to-end SuccessFactors projects (desirable).

• Additional certifications in the SAP SuccessFactors suite (desirable).
