• Change account passwords

• Connect to VPN

• Connect to WiFi

• Reset passwords in SAP

• Free up storage

• Configure equipment issues, such as audio not working in Teams

• Access folders

• Reset the password for the SCAN application linked to SAP

• Install SAP

• Provide guidance on how to recover an Apple ID password
