Consultor Senior – Factura Electrónica

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and understanding meetings with Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, Tax, and IT departments.

• Analyze and document current processes (AS-IS), systems, interfaces, master data, and specific case scenarios.

• Identify and translate regulatory requirements into functional, technical, and non-functional specifications.

• Develop the requirements catalog and the traceability matrix.

• Participate in the selection processes for tools, define RFI/RFP, and evaluation criteria.

• Define the implementation plan and estimate efforts and tasks.

• Provide functional support to the business throughout all phases of implementation.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational adaptation needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Between 3 to 5 years of experience, or more, in B2B Electronic Invoice implementation projects.

• Experience in large organizations, corporate groups, or the financial sector.

• Knowledge of Law 18/2022, electronic invoicing regulations, VeriFactu, relationship with AEAT, and regulatory deadlines.

• Proficiency in formats and models for electronic invoice exchange.

• Understanding of end-to-end financial processes (Order to Cash and Procure to Pay).

• Experience in defining functional, technical, and non-functional requirements.

• Experience in preparing consulting documentation: AS-IS, requirements catalogs, implementation plans, risk analysis, and traceability.

• Involvement in evaluation and selection processes for technological solutions (RFI/RFP).

• Experience with ERPs such as Prinex, Spica, or similar solutions.

• Knowledge of electronic invoicing platforms and tools.

• Previous experience in financial institutions or banking.

• Residency in Spain.
