Consultor Funcional, Aplicaciones Móviles

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Prepare, update, and monitor the work plan for the pilot project.

• Gather, analyze, organize, and document functional requirements.

• Configure and parameterize features of the mobile solution.

• Upload, update, and maintain content within the application.

• Conduct functional testing and document the results.

• Identify, log, and track incidents until resolution.

• Coordinate functional teams, technical groups, and business areas.

• Daily oversight of tasks, progress, risks, and outstanding issues.

• Create and maintain functional documentation, test records, and results.

• Provide operational support throughout all phases of the pilot.

• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to successful implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Functional Consultant.

• Prior experience in the implementation and management of mobile applications.

• Experience in analyzing, collecting, and documenting functional requirements.

• Knowledge of functional flows and basic technical concepts of iOS and Android mobile applications.

• Experience in functional configuration and parameterization of applications.

• Experience in functional testing, process validation, and incident management.

• Strong organizational skills, task tracking, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

• Autonomy, proactivity, and a focus on problem-solving.

• Excellent communication skills and interaction with business areas and technical teams.

• Proficiency in English is a plus.

• Experience in implementing mobile solutions in corporate environments is valued.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban is advantageous.

• Experience with project management and incident tracking tools is preferred.

• Valued experience in creating functional documentation, use cases, and test plans.

• Experience in coordinating pilots, UAT testing, and functional deployments is appreciated.

• Experience with multidisciplinary teams in technological environments is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of application integration and mobile ecosystems is valued.

• Certifications or training in functional analysis, project management, or agile methodologies are a plus.
