This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on potential clients within targeted industries and ensure the client database is current.

• Follow up on leads to transform prospects into clients.

• Discover new market segment opportunities for Operational service offerings.

• Source candidates via advertising roles, talent searching, and networking in logistics, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail sectors.

• Perform candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments for operational and contingent workers.

• Engage in client meetings to discuss project details, candidate profiles, and search strategies.

• Offer interview preparation and coaching to candidates pursuing operational roles.

• Collaborate with team members to assess needs and explore alternative recruiting solutions within Operational Talent Solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive conceptual knowledge and experience in the relevant discipline.

• Familiarity with the company's processes and customer base.

• Capability to execute structured work assignments related to the discipline.

• Proficient in utilizing existing policies, procedures, or instructions to address routine or standard issues.

• Ability to work under the supervision and guidance of more senior roles.

• Capacity to adhere to guidelines and policies.

• Experience or interest in recruiting within logistics, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail industries.

• Skills in conducting candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.

• Competence in researching potential clients and maintaining an up-to-date client database.
