📋 Description

• Develop and direct performance media strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Define acquisition strategies, user segmentation, user journeys, and campaign structures.

• Monitor and analyze performance indicators, identifying growth and optimization opportunities.

• Manage media investments to ensure efficiency and maximize return on investment.

• Ensure governance of campaigns, operational quality, and standardization of deliverables.

• Guarantee the proper implementation of tracking, tags, events, and data measurement.

• Support decision-making through data analysis and strategic indicators.

• Create goals, forecasts, tests, hypotheses, and performance optimization plans.

• Collaborate with CRM, BI, Data, Technology, and Business departments to develop integrated strategies.

• Share best practices and contribute to the technical advancement of the team.

• Participate in strategic discussions and executive presentations of the squad.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in paid media and performance strategies.

• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, SA360, DV360, Meta Ads, GA4, and GTM.

• Strong analytical skills and strategic vision.

• Experience managing large media budgets.

• Advanced understanding of conversion funnels, attribution, and measurement.

• Experience in analyzing business and performance indicators.

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Knowledge of data visualization tools.
