📋 Description

• Unfold goals and establish performance indicators to monitor the results of various areas.

• Structure management processes by facilitating outcome meetings and supporting leadership in developing action plans to achieve objectives.

• Assess the effectiveness of management rituals based on defined adherence criteria, providing constructive feedback and guidance for continuous improvement.

• Operate in alignment with business needs, collaborating with various Organizational Excellence areas to enhance an integrated work model.

• Conduct data analyses and convert information into insights that assist decision-making across different contexts and levels within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed.

• Experience in implementing management processes and corporate governance.

• Background in operational analysis, including the construction, monitoring, and critical analysis of performance indicators (KPIs).

• Practical knowledge of problem-solving methodologies: root cause analysis, 5W2H, and PDCA.

• Experience in strategic planning, including goal setting and breakdown, area objective construction (GPD, OKRs, BSC, or similar), and preparing executive reports for leadership.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly in innovation, business development, or product launches (preferred).

• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI and SQL (preferred).

• Experience with generative AI solutions, such as Copilot, Claude, or similar, used for process optimization, management, and strategic planning (preferred).

• Experience using the Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Lists, aimed at process optimization, productivity enhancement, and management support (preferred).
