Consulting Expert, German – AI Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Train and assess AI agents on realistic professional consulting activities.

• Develop workspaces and documents.

• Compose prompts.

• Design grading criteria based on actual consulting practices in Germany.

• Provide human insight to Mercor projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

• Work in collaboration with top researchers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in management or strategy consulting.

• Native or fluent proficiency in German.

• Degree from a top-20 university located in Germany.

• Background in strategy, operations, and restructuring for clients within Germany / DACH.

• Familiarity with Mittelstand and industrial clientele.

• Engagement as an independent contractor.

• Currently unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
