Consultant, Technical Services – Eightfold, Workday

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with Eightfold implementations, encompassing configuration, integrations, testing, data validation, troubleshooting, and deployment.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of the Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform, including its recruiting, talent management, and AI-driven features.

• Aid in Workday project activities based on certifications, experience, and client requirements.

• Collaborate with functional consultants, technical experts, project managers, and client stakeholders to comprehend requirements and facilitate solution delivery.

• Engage in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and issue resolution.

• Assist with system and integration testing, document outcomes, identify issues, and support resolutions during deployment.

• Help with integrations, data validation, reporting, and various technical activities across Eightfold and Workday projects.

• Resolve configuration, data, integration, and system issues with the assistance of senior team members.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, testing materials, technical documentation, and client-facing deliverables.

• Participate in client meetings, conveying project updates, inquiries, and issues in a clear and professional manner.

• Enhance knowledge of AI-driven talent technology, integrations, APIs, data flows, and innovative capabilities within the Eightfold and Workday ecosystems.

• Contribute to reusable tools, documentation, processes, and practice assets.

• Engage in training, certification, and continuous professional growth.

• Successfully execute assigned project tasks with guidance from seasoned team members.

• Take responsibility for specific project activities, proactively communicate risks and issues, and demonstrate increasing autonomy.

• Represent The Groove with professionalism and positively impact client engagements and the Technical Services team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday, enterprise applications, SaaS technology, systems consulting, or a related field.

• Current or previous Workday certification in at least one relevant product or technical area.

• Basic understanding of Workday implementations, configuration, integrations, data, reporting, or associated technical concepts.

• Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, or deployment activities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, quality work.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, functional, and project management teams.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively when priorities or risks shift.

• Ability to work efficiently in a remote, distributed, and client-facing consulting environment.

• Experience or exposure to Eightfold AI, recruiting technology, talent management technology, or other AI-driven HR solutions.

• Workday certification or experience in Integrations, Reporting, Extend, HCM, Recruiting, Talent, or another related area.

• Background working for a Workday partner, consulting firm, professional services organization, SaaS company, or technology entity.

• Experience with APIs, integrations, data transformation, reporting, or system-to-system data flows.

• Familiarity with recruiting, talent acquisition, talent management, or broader HR technology processes.

• Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, talent intelligence, and emerging HR technologies.

• Experience working directly with clients or internal business stakeholders.
