This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct all aspects of client fieldwork to meet client objectives as outlined in the scope of services under the direct supervision of senior consultants and above.

• Utilize your area of expertise related to client engagements while continuously enhancing your knowledge base and strengthening your expertise.

• Perform thorough analysis, providing innovative and practical solutions for client engagements.

• Provide prompt responses to existing client inquiries.

• Achieve revenue targets.

• Comply with engagement budget limitations and complete assigned tasks within the specified timeframe.

• Maintain proficiency in systems to improve client service delivery.

• Engage in business development initiatives, including memberships in relevant organizations and regular networking with contacts who can refer potential engagements and cross-service opportunities.

• Meet annual sales targets if relevant to the position.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is required.

• Obtain professional certifications relevant to your area of expertise and maintain the necessary licenses.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Excellent presentation skills to deliver clear, engaging, and persuasive presentations during meetings, workshops, and client interactions.

• Proficient in the use of relevant technology.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all levels of the organization, internally and externally.

• Must be willing to travel based on client and business requirements.
