This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Execute all facets of client field operations to meet client objectives as outlined in the scope of services under the guidance of senior consultants and above.

• Leverage expertise relevant to client projects while continuously enhancing your knowledge base, thereby strengthening your area of specialization.

• Conduct thorough analyses, providing innovative and practical solutions for client engagements.

• Respond promptly to existing client inquiries.

• Achieve revenue targets.

• Comply with engagement budget limits and complete designated tasks within the specified timeframe.

• Maintain proficiency in systems to improve client service delivery.

• Engage in business development initiatives, including memberships in relevant organizations or maintaining regular business contacts capable of referring potential projects and cross-serving opportunities.

• Accountable for achieving annual sales targets if applicable to the role.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School diploma or GED is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.

• Attain professional certifications pertinent to your area of expertise; must possess and maintain the necessary licenses.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Excellent presentation skills to deliver clear, engaging, and persuasive messages in meetings, workshops, and client interactions.

• Proficient in the use of relevant technology.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all levels of an organization, internally and externally.

• Willingness to travel as required by client and business needs.
