This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct all facets of client fieldwork in alignment with client objectives as outlined in the scope of services, under the direct oversight of senior consultants and above.

• Leverage your area of expertise relevant to client projects while continuously enhancing your knowledge base to strengthen your specialization.

• Carry out thorough analyses, providing innovative and practical solutions for client engagements.

• Respond promptly to existing client inquiries.

• Achieve revenue targets.

• Comply with budgetary constraints of engagements and complete assigned tasks within the designated timeframe.

• Maintain proficiency in systems to improve client service delivery.

• Engage in business development initiatives, including memberships in relevant organizations and networking with contacts who can refer potential projects and cross-service opportunities.

• Meet annual sales targets when applicable to the role.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is required.

• Obtain and maintain professional certifications pertinent to your area of expertise; necessary licenses must be held and preserved.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

• Proven skills in delivering clear, engaging, and persuasive presentations during meetings, workshops, and client interactions.

• Proficiency in relevant technology is essential.

• Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all organizational levels, internally and externally.

• Willingness to travel based on client and business requirements.
