Consultant Scheduler – Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare and regularly provide updates on the progress of Level 1 and Level 2 schedules.

• Assist project teams with planning tasks related to contract management and reporting obligations.

• Engage in and contribute to project and program planning as well as progress meetings.

• Identify and manage program/project milestones along with schedule interface activities.

• Aid in planning and scheduling processes for overseeing contracts and contractor timelines.

• Support the requirements for program progress and reporting.

• Keep an accurate and current schedule of interface needs.

• Comply with NEC contract protocols for managing and submitting schedule data.

• Stay aware of commitments and responsibilities to help prevent breaches.

• Execute SOX control duties where relevant.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related construction field.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling tasks, including the development, control, and analysis of schedules in both field and home office settings.

• Proficiency with PC operating systems and various basic software applications.

• Expertise in discipline-specific software such as Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office Applications.

• Intermediate understanding of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up work processes.

• Excellent communication skills.

• On-site presence may be required, with potential changes based on client needs.
