Consultant – Sage 100

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive implementation and upgrade initiatives for Sage 100 ERP, encompassing requirements gathering, system design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support.

• Evaluate client business processes and pinpoint opportunities to improve efficiency and performance through Sage 100.

• Tailor and set up Sage 100 modules, including Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Distribution.

• Deliver continuous support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Sage 100 environments.

• Facilitate user training and create supporting documentation.

• Offer clients best-practice advice and solution roadmaps.

• Collaborate with internal technical teams, project managers, and external vendors.

• Keep abreast of Sage 100 features, updates, and industry developments.

• Assist in proposal creation and provide sales support as a subject matter expert.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.

• Attain professional certifications relevant to the area of expertise; must possess and maintain necessary licenses.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Skillful in delivering presentations to communicate information to diverse audiences using visual aids, verbal delivery, and engaging presentation techniques.

• Proficient in the relevant technology.

• Proven capability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing across all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.

• Must be willing to travel based on client and business requirements.

• Over 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Sage 100 ERP.

• Strong knowledge of business processes including accounting, finance, inventory management, and distribution.

• Exceptional client-facing, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and deadlines in a consulting environment.

• Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools within the Sage 100 ecosystem.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
