This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted technical advisor and subject matter authority for the ScienceLogic product suite.

• Oversee the hands-on installation, configuration, implementation, integration, and troubleshooting of ScienceLogic solutions.

• Collaborate with customer technical and management teams to identify both business and technical requirements.

• Address issues and provide clear guidance on technical matters.

• Serve as the internal advocate for customers by facilitating problem resolution and conveying product feedback and future requirements.

• Effectively manage competing customer priorities, commitments, and project timelines independently.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams.

• Develop and maintain precise project and technical documentation, including ticket activity and knowledge-base contributions.

• Assist with customer IT, security, Authority to Operate (ATO), audit, and change-management processes.

• Provide consulting services both remotely and onsite as required by customer engagements.

• Uphold professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen with a minimum of six years of experience supporting Federal clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Extensive experience in enterprise infrastructure and systems administration across Windows and Unix/Linux platforms.

• At least two years of practical experience with Linux.

• Minimum of four years of experience in supporting or implementing enterprise infrastructure monitoring, network management, or application performance solutions such as ScienceLogic/EM7, SolarWinds, IBM Netcool/Tivoli, Nagios, HP OpenView, or similar platforms.

• A minimum of two years of experience with SNMP, including MIB architecture, traps, and/or Syslog alert configuration.

• Familiarity with MySQL databases.

• Experience in scripting or automation using PowerShell, Bash/Linux scripting, Python, or PHP.

• Understanding of enterprise integration technologies, such as WMI and XML/SOAP.

• Excellent troubleshooting, customer-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with integrating enterprise monitoring solutions with ServiceNow, PagerDuty, or other IT service management platforms is advantageous.

• Possession of an active Secret or Top Secret security clearance is preferred.
