Consultant, Primary Market Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Collaborate as a key member of one or more project teams.

• Assist in the creation of robust strategic solutions for clients through qualitative and quantitative primary market research initiatives.

• Prepare research documents, including discussion guides, screening criteria, surveys, and stimuli.

• Coordinate closely with programming and fielding partners.

• Initiate surveys and conduct interviews with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Analyze and interpret data from quantitative and qualitative primary market research.

• Create visually engaging and persuasive PowerPoint presentations that convey the research narrative and its implications.

• Convert research findings into actionable insights for clients.

• Assist in proposal development as required.

• Provide mentorship to Associate Consultants and newly hired Consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in market research, engineering, pharmacy, medicine, health sciences, or related fields from a prestigious university.

• 3-5 years of experience in primary market research, consulting, or relevant fields within the life sciences sector.

• Strong preference for experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

• Demonstrated initiative in previous academic and professional experiences.

• Proven quantitative and analytical abilities.

• Excellent problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.

• Preferred ability to interpret and conduct statistical analyses.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with secondary datasets.

• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Enthusiasm and capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• Ability to work independently while receiving guidance from team leaders in the US.
