Consultant, Pricing and Market Access Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee project workstreams

• Assist in the execution of strategic consulting projects for pharmaceutical clients

• Perform both primary and secondary research related to pricing, reimbursement, market access, and healthcare policy

• Evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to uncover vital findings, strategic insights, risks, and opportunities

• Create evidence-based strategic recommendations by utilizing stakeholder input and market analysis

• Collaborate effectively with a team

• Support clients in addressing pricing, reimbursement, market access, and commercialization challenges in global markets

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business

• Approximately 3–5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, market access, healthcare strategy, life sciences, the pharmaceutical industry, or a similar field

• Proven experience in leading workstreams and overseeing project activities

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

• Capacity to structure and resolve complex business challenges

• Experience in synthesizing information from various data sources into concise recommendations

• Outstanding PowerPoint storytelling and presentation development skills

• Strong project management and organizational capabilities

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams

• Capability to operate in a global setting with an appreciation for cultural differences and work practices

• Preferred experience in pricing and market access strategy, global market access, health technology assessment (HTA), reimbursement and payer research, launch strategy, portfolio strategy, commercial strategy, healthcare policy, qualitative market research, or pharmaceutical commercialization

• An advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, PhD) is valued but not mandatory
