Consultant PMO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement best practices, methodologies, and standards for the PMO throughout the organization.

• Offer guidance and support to project managers and teams to ensure consistent project delivery.

• Establish and maintain processes for project portfolio management, including project prioritization and resource allocation.

• Create and uphold project management templates, tools, and documentation.

• Conduct regular health checks and performance assessments of projects.

• Analyze project data and produce insightful reports for senior management.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives for optimization.

• Facilitate project status meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.

• Manage project risks and issues, developing necessary mitigation strategies.

• Assist in the development and training of project management personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project and Jira.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated experience in project portfolio management and resource allocation.

• Proven success in process improvement and standardization.

• Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.

• Ability to analyze complex data and produce clear, actionable reports.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
