This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and oversee patients utilizing cannabis-based therapies

• Make informed clinical decisions regarding treatment suitability

• Deliver exceptional care for patients pursuing medical cannabis therapy

• Carry out patient consultations, encompassing assessment and continuous management

• Engage in the collection of clinical outcome data to enhance evidence-based practices

• Contribute to clinical governance while upholding high standards of patient care

• Collaborate effectively with nurses, pharmacists, and the broader multidisciplinary team

• Emphasize prescribing and patient care while nurses and pharmacists manage pre-consultation and follow-up prescribing duties

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Full GMC Registration

• Completion of Specialist Training (CCST/CCT) or an equivalent qualification

• Listed on the GMC Specialist Register for Pain

• Experienced Pain Management Consultant

• Demonstrated passion for alternative therapies

• Willing to engage in data collection and reporting activities

• Minimum commitment of 2 sessions per week / 8 hours initially for onboarding

• Legally permitted to work in the United Kingdom
