This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Engagement Managers and Partners on consulting projects.

• Plan and oversee specific segments of work.

• Establish analytic strategies and combine various analyses.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client issues to pinpoint challenges and opportunities.

• Collect and refine intricate data sets and sources.

• Provide insights into hypotheses and assist in understanding client challenges and possible solutions.

• Create communications for clients and present analytic results and recommendations.

• Address client inquiries with minimal assistance.

• Utilize healthcare knowledge, trends, and experience to determine relevant implications for clients.

• Engage with client leaders to organize teams and achieve impactful outcomes.

• Foster enduring client relationships.

• Contribute to a dynamic team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and team development.

• Participate in projects typically lasting 3-6 months with teams of 3-4 members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare consulting is required.

• An advanced degree is preferred, such as MHA, MPH, or MBA.

• Strong project management abilities with experience managing multiple work streams.

• Proven skills in collaboration, project management, problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and qualitative analysis.

• Excellent critical thinking capabilities and the ability to formulate solutions that address client needs.

• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to provide professional and positive client advisory.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Experience with Tableau is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
