This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Engagement Managers and Partners on consulting projects.

• Plan and oversee specific work segments effectively.

• Establish analytic strategies and merge various analyses.

• Cultivate an analytical understanding of client challenges to pinpoint issues and opportunities.

• Collect and refine intricate data sets and sources.

• Offer insights into hypotheses and aid in comprehending client challenges and potential solutions.

• Prepare client communications and present analytical findings and recommendations.

• Address client inquiries with minimal assistance.

• Utilize healthcare knowledge, trends, and experience to identify pertinent client implications.

• Engage with client leadership to foster organized teams and achieve significant outcomes.

• Develop lasting client relationships.

• Contribute to a dynamic team environment, knowledge sharing, and team development.

• Take part in projects typically lasting 3–6 months alongside teams of 3–4 members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare consulting is required.

• An advanced degree is preferred, such as MHA, MPH, or MBA.

• Strong project management capabilities with experience managing multiple work streams.

• Proven skills in collaboration, project management, problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and qualitative analysis.

• Excellent critical thinking abilities with the capacity to develop solutions that meet client needs.

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to provide professional and positive client advice.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Experience with Tableau is a plus.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
