Consultant – Indirect Spend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee both internal and external project trackers, encompassing project metrics, timelines, and financial information.

• Create presentations utilizing quantitative, qualitative, and other pertinent data to convey project status, insights, and future projections.

• Assist in consulting engagements by conducting research, developing presentations, preparing for meetings, reporting on status, tracking issues, and updating project budgets.

• Facilitate communication among sales, advisory leads, project teams, and clients to support effective engagement execution and timely project completion.

• Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure projects stay on schedule and within their defined scope.

• Evaluate project data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities that support client recommendations and operational enhancements.

• Organize project documentation and maintain precise records throughout the engagement lifecycle.

• Work collaboratively with internal subject matter experts and client stakeholders to drive project activities and achieve engagement goals.

• Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to refine project management processes and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A relevant degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.

• Familiarity with healthcare operations, supply chain, and indirect spend management is preferred.

• Experience in supporting consulting or project management engagements is preferred.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are essential.

• Experience with Kantata (previously Mavenlink) is preferred.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients at all organizational levels.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Willingness to travel regularly and efficiently throughout the year to meet client needs and schedules.
