Consultant II – Implementation & Partner Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct the initial technical implementation of technology products following a sale.

• Carry out installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration for implementation projects.

• Collaborate with clients to assess and validate operational requirements and comprehend business goals.

• Monitor the progress of implementation projects, ensure adherence to deadlines, and address scheduling conflicts.

• Keep clients and stakeholders updated on the status of projects.

• Apply, test, and adjust data rules to achieve the desired outcomes.

• Consultant II: Investigate, identify, diagnose, resolve, and follow up on customer change requests.

• Consultant II: Contribute to standardized solutions for customers and escalate issues that exceed the defined scope.

• Senior Consultant: Manage support cases that require partner involvement and serve as the escalation point between the client and SPS partner.

• Senior Consultant: Collaborate directly with third parties, consultants, VARs, and providers of adapters or applications.

• Senior Consultant: Manage intricate, high-priority tasks while maintaining extensive industry-specific business knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Consultant II: A bachelor's degree accompanied by 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent practical experience.

• Senior Consultant: A bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of pertinent experience or equivalent practical exposure.

• Proficiency in both German and English.

• Knowledge of ERP systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to apply, test, and modify data rules to produce the expected results.

• Senior Consultant: Demonstrated experience with EDI and supply chain processes.

• Senior Consultant: At least three years of experience in account management, relationship management, product management, or a similar field.

• Preferred: Familiarity with EDI and supply chain concepts.

• Experience working with third parties, consultants, VARs, or providers of adapters and applications.

• Familiarity with XML.

• Background in text editing and data mapping tools, along with comprehensive knowledge of mapping tool functionalities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal abilities.
