Consultant I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create standardized solutions tailored for customers.

• Investigate, identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and follow up on customer change-event issues.

• Manage escalated events when necessary.

• Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems for implementation projects.

• Collaborate with clients to assess and confirm operational requirements while understanding business objectives and goals.

• Keep customers and stakeholders informed about project progress.

• Execute initial technical implementation of technology products post-sale.

• Perform designated tasks and assignments.

• Monitor implementation project progress, ensure deadlines are achieved, and address scheduling challenges.

• Operate under moderate supervision with some freedom for independent decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience; or a higher degree without experience; or equivalent experience.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding organizational skills and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in applying, testing, and reconfiguring data rules to achieve desired outcomes.

• Ability to balance the roles of driver and facilitator, tactical leader, and executor.
