Consultant I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects alongside a team of Project Managers, Consultants, and Analysts.

• Utilize client information to develop customized solutions using the Evention SaaS platform.

• Enhance expertise in client relations, solution architecture, and system integrations.

• Guide projects through the setup, training, testing, and go-live stages.

• Analyze clients' existing processes to identify project opportunities.

• Design bespoke Evention software tailored to client needs.

• Prepare documentation utilizing web-based project management tools.

• Record customized Evention processes in collaboration with Development, Professional Services, and other internal teams.

• Convey important product site details to Evention's Client Success Team.

• Collaborate with Account Executives, Development, Design, and Client Success teams to enhance client retention.

• Work alongside the Project Manager, other Consultants, and Analysts within the departmental sub-team.

• Engage with various departments to drive implementation, commercial success, and product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in one or more of the following areas: Hospitality Food & Beverage Administration and/or Accounting.

• At least 2 years in Retail Administration and/or Accounting.

• A minimum of 2 years in Banking, Accounting, and/or Finance Administration.

• At least 2 years of experience in Technical / Software (preferably SaaS) Training.

• A minimum of 2 years in Technical / Software (preferably SaaS) Customer Service.

• Capability to lead projects with a team of Project Managers, Consultants, and Analysts.

• Proficiency in utilizing client information to create tailored solutions via Evention SaaS.

• Ability to cultivate skills in client relations, solution architecture, and system integrations.

• Competence to manage and guide projects through the setup, training, testing, and go-live phases.

• Skill in understanding clients' current processes and identifying project opportunities.

• Expertise in developing customized Evention software solutions for clients.

• Proficiency in drafting documentation through web-based project management tools.

• Ability to document tailored Evention processes in collaboration with internal teams.

• Skill in communicating product site details to the Client Success Team.

• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with Account Executives, Development, Design, and Client Success teams.
