Consultant Experience & Delivery Coordinator – IT Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor a team of 12 consultants through consistent one-on-one meetings, constructive feedback, and development objectives, while proactively identifying potential resignations.

• Welcome each new team member, facilitate access and paperwork, and provide support during their initial weeks.

• Oversee the Employer of Record relationship, managing contracts, onboarding documentation, work permits, PTO, and payroll inquiries.

• Ensure that consultants’ visas and Ajeer sponsorship documents remain valid and compliant, managing communications with embassies and visa services.

• Monitor leave balances and certification renewals, encouraging consultants to take necessary time off.

• Supervise contract renewals, contribute to pricing strategies and cost modeling, and ensure renewals are completed effectively.

• Review and approve timesheets and expenses in Productive, and manage client reimbursement invoicing.

• Establish a collaborative working relationship with the Dubai-based regional project manager, assist in account management, and ensure timely resolution of escalations.

• Coordinate quarterly team gatherings in Cairo, fostering a sense of connection among a distributed team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of 10 or more, preferably across various locations or time zones.

• Proven track record of conducting performance reviews and developing personalized growth plans.

• Practical experience with an Employer of Record, or a similar entity such as a PEO or an outsourced payroll service.

• Strong understanding of HR administration and related documentation.

• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities without oversight.

• The ability to confidently decline requests from demanding team members or clients in a clear and courteous manner.

• Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
