Consultant Engagement Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide a team of 12, conducting monthly one-on-ones, providing feedback, setting development objectives, and identifying early signs of retention risks.

• Greet each new hire, coordinate access and documentation, and address any discrepancies within the initial four weeks.

• Handle the Employer of Record relationship, which includes managing contracts, start dates, work permits, PTO, and payroll inquiries.

• Ensure that consultants’ visa and Ajeer sponsorship documents are up-to-date and compliant.

• Monitor upcoming contract renewals, assist with pricing and cost modeling, and manage the renewal process from initiation to completion.

• Approve timesheets and expenses using Productive and oversee client reimbursement invoicing.

• Collaborate with client Professional Services Managers to facilitate smooth project launches and foster strong relationships.

• Manage escalations until they are resolved.

• Oversee vacation, illness, and absence management, certifications, team-building activities, and region-specific standard operating procedures.

• Proven experience in managing and mentoring a geographically dispersed team within the IT sector.

• Demonstrated success in conducting performance evaluations and crafting development plans.

• Practical experience collaborating with Employers of Record.

• Strong foundation in HR administration and documentation practices.

• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising quality.

• A proactive problem-solver who addresses issues swiftly and takes ownership until resolution.

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
