• Provide guidance and collaborate with clients on the digital transformation of financial processes.

• Take charge of and execute transformation projects independently.

• A completed degree or vocational training in public administration, business administration, business information systems, or a related field.

• A strong enthusiasm for consulting and engaging with customers.

• A keen interest in emerging technologies, especially in the realms of digitalization and process management.

• Prior project experience is advantageous.

• A high degree of commitment and a willingness to learn.

• A methodical work approach within a dynamic setting.

• Readiness to travel within the region.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German.
