Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Establish and enhance Jerry's organic visibility across platforms such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create a community engagement strategy for Jerry, outlining the best times to post, respond, or maintain silence.

• Foster Jerry's subreddits into vibrant, trusted communities.

• Develop scalable content and engagement tactics while maintaining authenticity and leveraging AI when beneficial.

• Work in collaboration with the Growth and Content teams to ensure cross-channel consistency.

• Analyze sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and citation by LLM.

• Represent Jerry in an authentic manner and cultivate trust with both current and prospective users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in community management or organic social media.

• Ideally, experience in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-oriented and/or regulated field.

• Strong writing skills applicable to platforms such as Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.

• Knowledge of SEO and the way LLMs cite sources.

• Demonstrated ability to transform dull or challenging categories into relatable, authentic, and engaging content.

• Current residence required in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.
