This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee client relationships from a commercial viewpoint while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Take charge of your own projects from the initial data collection phase to final submission.

• Thoroughly assess client data, including payroll information, absences, and other funding-related details.

• Identify discrepancies and gaps within the data.

• Address inquiries related to the submitted data with founders, managing directors, CFOs, and HR teams.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and tax advisors to determine applicable costs and the basis for assessments.

• Keep internal teams updated on progress and any potential obstacles.

• Work alongside the technical contact responsible for the application's technical components.

• Provide guidance to start-ups and scale-ups on public funding, especially regarding the R&D tax credit.

• Assist clients with funding strategies, the certification process, cost calculations, and submission to tax authorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and effectively, taking ownership of outcomes.

• Experience collaborating with business clients, such as in start-ups, finance, consulting, account management, project management, or as an entrepreneur.

• Capability to recognize data patterns, comprehend relationships, and evaluate the plausibility of results.

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

• Basic knowledge of tax-related topics.

• Familiarity with public funding is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Aptitude for clearly articulating complex subjects in both written and verbal formats.

• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, even in challenging client scenarios.

• Completed university degree, ideally in business administration, economics, law, or industrial engineering.

• Fluent in both German and English.
