This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Provide technology and business solutions to clients in the Financial Services, Pharma & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Utilities sectors.

• Assess client business processes and system requirements to design suitable solutions.

• Implement industry best practices in solution design and execution.

• Tailor and configure technology solutions to fulfill client-specific requirements.

• Ensure that delivered solutions are in alignment with functional and technical specifications.

• Conduct thorough requirements analysis with client stakeholders.

• Execute data analysis to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.

• Develop analytical reports to facilitate decision-making and validate solutions.

• Convert business requirements into functional and technical documentation.

• Validate data and requirements throughout the duration of the project.

• Assist in the customization and configuration of technology solutions.

• Provide support for system setup, testing, and validation tasks.

• Collaborate with both technical and functional teams during the implementation phase.

• Guarantee the accuracy and completeness of configured solution components.

• Address configuration issues identified during testing and client evaluations.

• Work alongside other consultants on customer sites as part of small to large project teams.

• Report to the Omaha, Nebraska office.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related analytical or technical discipline.

• Three years of experience in data migration, data governance, or similar data-focused positions, or any role in which this experience was acquired.

• A minimum of three years of experience as a team member on consulting or technology implementation projects.

• Experience participating in at least one complete ERP implementation lifecycle.

• Proficient in using Microsoft SQL Server, including writing SQL queries, understanding table structures, and working with relational database concepts.

• Experience in conducting data quality analysis.

• Familiarity with performing statistical analysis using established methodologies or tools.

• Experience in mining and analyzing transactional electronic data.

• Proficient in performing requirements analysis.

• Experience in conducting data analysis for business or technology initiatives.

• Skilled in generating data or analytic reports using structured datasets.

• Experience in supporting the customization or configuration of technology solutions.
