This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Cobalt's offerings to set up no-code solutions for clients.

• Deliver practical guidance to clients on optimal practices for utilizing Cobalt and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Facilitate requirements gathering and discovery meetings.

• Convert client business processes into Cobalt configurations.

• Aid in business analysis, functional documentation, quality assurance, and system configuration throughout the software development life cycle.

• Identify database and Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration requirements for new clients.

• Assist with data conversion and migration from legacy systems into Cobalt.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout project phases.

• Oversee project deliverables, timelines, and client expectations with support from the PMO.

• Handle multiple concurrent client implementations with minimal oversight.

• Collaborate effectively with clients, internal team members, and external stakeholders.

• Some overnight travel may be necessary for client and team engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in software implementation, CRM or AMS consulting, or client-facing professional services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience in configuring a CRM or AMS platform such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or a similar system.

• Proficient in Office 365, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Familiar with SQL, reporting tools, and data migration concepts.

• Proven ability to quickly learn new software applications.

• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

• Proven ability to build long-lasting relationships and trust with customers.

• Excellent relationship-building skills and capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
