Consultant, Advisory Services

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Advisory consultants to enhance performance in healthcare systems.

• Conduct billable work for clients.

• Engage with teams to assess client requirements.

• Lead data analysis and provide interpretations of data.

• Develop initial recommendations based on data analyses, observations, and interviews.

• Create deliverables tailored for various audiences.

• Assist in implementing suggested improvements.

• Identify challenges, formulate hypotheses, and plan as well as participate in interviews.

• Integrate findings and conclusions into actionable recommendations.

• Support the delivery of team outputs and client presentations.

• Supervise Analyst work upon request.

• Maintain utilization goals for client billable projects.

• Engage in practice development and approved training activities.

• Acquire knowledge of Premier technologies and services.

• Construct and uphold dynamic, interactive data models.

• Spearhead efforts for process standardization.

• Standardize and automate client deliverables and internal resources.

• Troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses.

• Gather data, execute or oversee analyses, and create both verbal and visual presentations.

• Develop client presentations and deliverables that convey strategy and outcomes.

• Generate billing revenue through assigned analyses, reports, and implementation assistance.

• Identify market opportunities and relay potential leads to managers.

• Oversee the production and quality assurance of client analytics deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• High School diploma (Required).

• Familiarity with market trends and key competitor activities.

• Proficient negotiation skills and effective strategies for closing sales.

• Strong networking abilities.

• Knowledgeable about clients and the healthcare sector.

• Understanding of risk management practices.

• Capability to collect and research data using standard tools and analytical methods.

• Proficient in statistical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or Matlab.

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Experience with Tableau and Business Intelligence tools.

• Preference for experience with Lean Process Improvement and Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.

• Background in healthcare, business, or finance.

• Demonstrated interest in managing healthcare performance.

• Proven ability to lead initiatives and demonstrate value from efforts.

• Experience in analyzing complex healthcare datasets and creating visualizations and presentations.

• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis.

• Experience in developing new methodologies and strategic problem-solving.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.

• Flexibility to adapt and quickly change priorities while meeting deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in operating computer programs and software.

• Effective communication skills with audiences both in person and electronically.

• Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with colleagues amidst various interruptions.

• Willingness to travel 61–80% within the US.
