This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Advisory consultants to enhance performance within healthcare systems.
• Engage in billable client projects and contribute to engagement teams.
• Identify client needs through interviews, data analysis, and various analytical techniques.
• Direct analyses, interpret data, develop hypotheses and conclusions, and formulate recommendations.
• Prepare deliverables, presentations, reports, and implementation materials for diverse audiences.
• Implement project plans in accordance with statements of work and client specifications.
• Support clients in executing suggested improvements.
• Generate billing revenue through assigned analyses, writing, and report preparation.
• Recognize and communicate potential market opportunities and leads.
• Take part in Advisory Services practice development initiatives.
• Acquire knowledge of Premier technologies and services.
• Fulfill required annual training obligations.
• Develop and maintain interactive, dynamic data models utilizing Premier and client data.
• Spearhead process standardization and automation of client deliverables and internal tools.
• Troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, Excel analyses, and related applications.
• Oversee the production and quality assurance of client analytics deliverables.
• Offer data-driven insights and solutions.
• May supervise Analyst contributions during engagements.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• High School diploma is required.
• Familiarity with market trends and activities of key competitors.
• Strong negotiation skills and effective closing techniques.
• Proficient networking abilities.
• Knowledge of the client and healthcare industries.
• Understanding of risk management principles.
• Capability to gather and analyze data using standard tools and analytical methods.
• Proficiency in statistical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or Matlab.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Experience with Tableau and business intelligence tools.
• Background in healthcare, business, or finance.
• Proven interest in healthcare performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and showcase value from efforts.
• Experience analyzing complex healthcare datasets and creating visualizations and presentations.
• Background in qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis.
• Experience in developing new methodologies and strategic problem-solving.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
• Capacity to adapt, quickly change priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in operating computer programs and software.
• Effective communication skills, both in-person and electronically.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Ability to collaborate closely with peers in a shared workspace with frequent interruptions.
• Willingness to travel 61–80% within the United States.
