Construction Project Manager – High Volume Retail Banking, HVAC, Roofing, Parking Lots

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services to a designated market or client account

• Oversee real estate projects through their planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases

• Collaborate with clients to develop scope of work, resource needs, cost estimates, budgets, timelines, milestones, quality control measures, and risk assessments

• Identify project delivery resources from pre-approved lists or via the project qualification process

• Conduct requests for proposals, assess bids, and advise clients on resource selection

• Enforce project documentation governance in accordance with company and client standards

• Maintain project data integrity and ensure accurate, timely, and coordinated documentation

• Lead project delivery teams and offer direction to achieve objectives

• Formulate action plans to fulfill goals, budgets, and timelines

• Monitor project advancement and communicate status and discrepancies

• Recognize project risks and create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency

• Execute action plans to minimize or eliminate project risks

• Utilize principles and techniques to tackle complex tasks and deliver innovative solutions

• Mentor colleagues and disseminate knowledge across job functions

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field preferred

• Strong organizational and management capabilities

• Ability to collaborate effectively with the wider team

• Proficient presentation skills

• Competence in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management software

• Excellent communication abilities

• Must be able to work within the Mountain time zone
