Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee stakeholders such as architects, engineers, and supply chains to ensure project compliance

• Analyze, monitor, and manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule delays

• Confirm effective governance, processes, and systems for projects

• Ensure that best practices are consistently applied across all projects

• Generate formal project status reports along with other necessary documentation

• Supervise multiple construction projects to guarantee that approved design standards are adhered to

• Manage supplier interactions through monthly tracking and weekly assessments

• Facilitate the flow of project information through regular meetings and written communications

• Predict and update essential project milestones and budgetary forecasts

• Oversee and assess local design teams in accordance with commission criteria

• Offer technical assistance to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders

• Respond promptly to field Requests for Information (RFIs)

• Provide guidance in cost control, value engineering, and constructability

• Independently evaluate status reports, drawing submissions, timelines, and costs

• Support client relationship development and the identification of new opportunities

• Counsel project teams on strategies to meet client and business goals

• Document critical project information and insights

• Identify potential enhancements to internal systems and processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related construction field

• Experienced Project Manager

• Strong organizational and managerial abilities

• Capability to collaborate effectively with the wider team

• Proficient presentation skills

• Expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management software

• Excellent communication skills

• Commitment to applicable SOX control responsibilities

• Willingness to meet on-site presence and requirements based on client needs
