Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and supply chains, to ensure projects are delivered in compliance.

• Evaluate, monitor, and manage essential milestone activities to prevent any schedule delays.

• Confirm the effective utilization of project governance, processes, and systems.

• Ensure that best practices are consistently applied across all projects.

• Generate formal project status updates and any other necessary reports.

• Supervise multiple construction projects concurrently, ensuring that approved design standards are correctly implemented.

• Manage supplier interactions through monthly tracking and weekly assessments.

• Facilitate the flow of project information through regular meetings and written correspondence.

• Forecast and revise project milestones and budgets as needed.

• Oversee and monitor local design teams according to established commission criteria.

• Provide technical assistance to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders.

• Respond promptly to field Requests for Information (RFIs).

• Offer expertise in cost management, value engineering, and constructability advice.

• Independently evaluate status reports, drawing submissions, timelines, and costs.

• Build strong client relationships to enhance new opportunity development.

• Advise project teams on strategies to meet client and business goals.

• Document key project information and lessons learned.

• Identify enhancements to internal systems and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field in construction.

• Strong organizational and management capabilities.

• Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively with the broader team.

• Proficient presentation skills.

• Expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management software.

• Excellent communication skills.
