Construction Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Manage construction litigation cases in GRSM’s New York office

• Prepare and present motions

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Oversee written discovery processes

• Represent the firm at hearings, depositions, and trials

• Participate in client-facing interactions

• Collaborate effectively within a team environment

• Handle tasks with minimal oversight

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ experience in construction litigation

• Licensed and authorized to practice in New York

• Exceptional litigation, writing, and persuasive communication abilities

• Strong academic credentials

• Proven skills in research

• Self-motivated individual capable of managing tasks independently

• Experience in preparing and arguing motions

• Experience in taking and defending depositions

• Experience in leading written discovery efforts

• Submission of cover letter, resume, and writing sample is required

• Trial experience is preferred but not mandatory
