This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Manage construction litigation cases in the Boston office or through remote/hybrid options.

• Prepare and present motions in court.

• Conduct and defend depositions.

• Oversee written discovery processes.

• Engage directly with clients.

• Represent the firm at hearings, depositions, and trials.

• Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting.

• Handle tasks with a high degree of autonomy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction litigation.

• Exceptional litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking abilities.

• Strong educational qualifications.

• Demonstrated research capabilities.

• Competence in managing tasks with limited oversight.

• Experience in preparing and arguing motions.

• Proven experience in taking and defending depositions.

• Background in leading written discovery initiatives.

• Must possess a license to practice law in Massachusetts.

• Trial experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Submission of a cover letter, resume, and writing sample is required for consideration.
