📋 Description

• Manage construction insurance defense cases from the beginning with minimal guidance

• Deliver exceptional client service

• Engage in writing, analysis, and research activities

• Take part in client meetings and discussions

• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials

• Collaborate effectively within a national and local law firm setting

• Submit a cover letter, resume, and writing sample for consideration

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience is preferred for this position

• Must be licensed and authorized to practice in California

• Strong academic record

• Demonstrated writing abilities

• Self-motivated and capable of managing a case from inception with minimal supervision

• Trial experience is preferred but not mandatory
