Construction Installation Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Coordinate, oversee, lead, and train staff to ensure the successful completion of installation projects within established guidelines.

• Interpret and convey project specifications to team members and contractors.

• Enforce safety protocols and address any work or personnel-related challenges.

• Comprehend project scope and prepare diligently for efficient and safe installations.

• Support managers with inspections and reports to confirm that work adheres to specifications and timelines.

• Initiate necessary repairs or replacements and modify procedures as required.

• Foster strong customer relationships and maintain clear communication regarding project details.

• Install fall protection systems at various worksites throughout the United States.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is required.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the construction field.

• Proficient in the use of power tools.

• Must possess a personal set of hand tools for installation projects.

• Prior experience working at heights up to 100 feet is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with customers, project managers, subcontractors, operations, sales, and other team members.
