Consent & Device Recovery Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a productive workload and achieve significant outcomes.

• Initiate outbound calls to patients to secure consent sign-off, enabling InfuSystem to bill for the services provided.

• Acquire consents for all InfuSystem service lines.

• Make outbound calls to retrieve InfuSystem-owned or assigned medical devices, such as infusion pumps, pain infusion pumps, and Negative Pressure Wound Therapy devices.

• Record detailed information obtained from outbound calls related to device or consent recovery.

• Act as a liaison among patients, customer service representatives, and the revenue cycle team.

• Meet InfuSystem's productivity and quality benchmarks.

• Execute other job-related responsibilities as assigned or required.

• Uphold InfuSystem’s core values and maintain a professional demeanor.

• 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
