Consent & Device Recovery Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee an efficient workload while achieving impactful outcomes

• Retrieve devices from patients, including infusion pumps, pain infusion pumps, and Negative Pressure Wound Therapy devices

• Secure signed consent documents permitting InfuSystem to bill for services provided across all service lines

• Make outbound calls to patients for obtaining consent and device recovery

• Record comprehensive details from outbound device or consent recovery conversations

• Act as a liaison among patients, customer service, and the revenue cycle

• Adhere to InfuSystem's productivity and quality benchmarks

• Execute other job-related responsibilities as needed or assigned

• Uphold InfuSystem’s core values and maintain a professional demeanor

• 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare sector

• Knowledge of medical terminology is essential
