Conflicts Coordinator – New Business Intake

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct conflict-of-interest searches using Intapp Open and additional necessary resources for all new clients/matters, as well as internal searches and updates.

• Execute conflict-of-interest assessments and perform an initial review of outcomes for lateral hires.

• Oversee the integrity of system operations.

• Guarantee the precision of data stored in the system.

• Carry out corporate family research.

• Sustain accurate data in Intapp Open and Aderant.

• Keep search logs for conflict searches conducted in Intapp Open.

• Undertake other basic clerical tasks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in law firm conflicts and/or the new business department is required.

• Previous experience with automated conflicts and/or workflow systems is preferred.

• Familiarity with Intapp Open is necessary.

• At least five (5) years of general record-keeping and/or filing experience is required.

• A background in corporate research or library-related work is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail is essential.

• Proven experience in performing conflict-of-interest searches.

• Proficient in Intapp Open and Aderant data maintenance.

• Experience in maintaining search logs is required.

• Authorization to work in the United States supported by E-Verify hiring practices.
